1 Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

In cases involving fraudulent payments or money laundering, neha533 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and may report the matter to relevant financial institutions. All decisions made by neha533 regarding account action for prohibited conduct are final and binding.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

5.1 Deposits

Where an account is closed by neha533 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in its entirety. Where neha533 initiates closure for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the verified account balance will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, whether initiated by the player or by neha533, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. You may not re-register on neha533 following a closure initiated by neha533 for cause unless expressly invited to do so in writing by the neha533 compliance team. These Terms, including all liability limitations, dispute resolution provisions, and intellectual property rights, survive account closure and remain in effect.
